You are probably thinking about what this article is all about. Well, it’s about little things we miss out on every day, LIFE. Yes, you heard it right. We miss out on little details, the beauty of life every day because of the heavy workload and responsibilities we are carrying on our shoulders. We have specific goals in life to get a dream job or marry the person we love. We exhaust ourselves in the race of this world.
Now you might be thinking everybody talks about life all the time, what is new in it. So, let me tell you a new thing here. In a world of chaos, we never get a chance to talk about things we are missing in life. We always ran towards competition and try to win this race. But for what? What is this winning for? What will you do after winning? And what is meant by winning at all?
Everybody says that one should have a goal in their life so they can be on track but have you ever felt that way that you do not have any goal in life? and, you are struggling with your thoughts to find about your goal everybody talks about. Well, you are not alone. Many people struggle with this and they are getting depressed and de-motivated because their friends and colleagues know what they want in life and you are just stuck somewhere and losing all the energy and potential.
One thing you should know, Life should be of the constant struggle of playing a character that has been written for you. Do not ever compare yourself with anybody. Build your character, improve it even if you are stuck somewhere, just don’t break your character to become someone else, even when things are out of control. Think about yourself as a character and work hard. By working hard does not mean you do things you don’t want to do. Try step by step to clear your thoughts and take a baby step towards good things, and it could be anything by just waking up early in the morning to take some fresh air or when going out, smiling at some stranger to spreading happiness. There are going to be bad days too, but let it go, start again. There will be hurdles but once you get past them, your feelings will be relieved. You will feel lighter.
Sometimes in life, we plan ourselves for the bigger event so much that we miss out on smaller details of our lives. and these smaller things need to sort out until it messes with your mental health. Yes, these things will mess up your life more than bigger things.
One thing can be done here, talk it through to somebody, and let it out or it will burden your soul. Your thoughts can be so complex that they will nearly kill you, it causes stress, depression and, anxiety. If you have a fear to share your feelings with somebody, it is okay. It is okay not to have friends to talk about your feelings, you can write it down. Let it all out by writing what is going on in your mind. Once you feel better, read about yourself and see the difference between now and then. When you feel good reading about your previous thoughts will tell the state of your mind, you can sort out your problems by comparing yourself with previous yourself.
